Return Policy

 

eCTURE prides itself in providing high-end furnishings and home décor you would love from reputable brands, but we totally understand if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. We hope you love your purchase, but in the event you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept your returned items in unused conditions that is fit for resale within 30 days of purchase.

 

Please note that NOT all items on our website is eligible for return or exchange. Furniture, Lighting, Art Collection, Noir, Regina Andrew, Custom Orders, Special Orders, Altered Items, Modified Items, Assembled Items, Items without Original Packaging, Discontinued Items, Clearance and Final Sale items are final and not returnable or exchangeable. 

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received, and in the same original packaging. Our customers are also responsible for applicable shipping fees. Refunds of returned items are made to the original method of payment, less any shipping and handling fees, including restocking fee. Taxes charged are refunded in accordance with state and local laws.

 

Our furniture is carefully inspected prior to shipment, and we ask that you inspect your pieces upon receipt. For items received via White Glove Delivery, your signature is required at the time of delivery. If a defect is discovered, please contact our Customer Care at customercare@ecture.com within 48 hours of delivery.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and your unused item in its original packaging, Please send your return request to our customer care at customercare@ecture.com  to receive a return authorization or follow the return instructions on your packaging slip.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Custom orders may not be canceled. We are unable to cancel or modify orders for in-stock merchandise once they have been transmitted to our fulfillment center and your payment verified by our system. Please note that your order is processed upon receipt to ensure your item is reserved for delivery.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 business days. Rugs and mirrors returns will have a restocking fee of 30%. All other items will have a restocking fee of 25%. If you received free shipping on your order, the original shipping costs will also be deducted from your refund.


EXCHANGES & DEFECTS

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. All defects and damages must be clearly communicated to eCTURE Customer Care at customercare@ecture.com within 48 hours of delivery. We verify the reported defect or damage through an inspection upon receipt of the returned item.  After review, an exchange, refund, or merchandise credit may be issued. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


SHIPPING

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your eligible items. Shipping costs are non-refundable and returning your item is at your own risk. eCTURE will not be responsible for lost or damaged items while being returned to us. Items damaged upon receipt are not eligible for refund. We recommend you securely and adequately package your items, including adding tracking and insurance. If you receive a refund, shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund.
