Shipping Policy






At eCTURE, we are committed to your satisfaction and want you to receive your items quickly and with ease. We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders. Estimated shipping times vary by order and subject to change. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships out so you may easily track your order. The estimated shipping times below represent the amount of time your order will be in transit once your order has left our fulfillment center. Smaller items, including small furniture pieces that are in-stock will arrive within 3-10 business days of order receipt. Over-sized items such as furniture, artwork, lighting, mirrors and rugs mostly ship within 2-3 weeks of order receipt, unless otherwise stated. Custom orders are made to order and arrive approximately within 6-12 weeks of order receipt. Back-ordered lead times are approximate and subject to change. We do not ship to P.O Boxes.

Please note that our standard shipping carriers will NOT carry your delivery into your home nor up the stairs under any conditions. If you would like your item brought into your home, unpacked, and placed in your room of your choice, please see below for our White Glove Delivery service.



We offer premium White Glove delivery service. This service includes bringing the item into your room of choice, unpacking and removing all packaging materials. This service is suitable for heavy, over-sized, delicate, and custom items. In-stock items that ship via White Glove delivery will arrive within approximately 1-3 weeks of order receipt. Our White Glove delivery partner will contact you within 1-2 weeks of order receipt to schedule your in-home delivery. If you would like this service, please contact our Customer Care at customercare@ecture.com to request a quote. Our White Glove deliveries are made Monday through Friday. We kindly ask that you inspect your delivery upon its arrival and provide a signature upon receipt. If you have any questions about how your White Glove delivery item will be shipped and delivered, please contact Customer Care.



Expedited shipping is available on select items for an additional cost. Rush service is not available for oversized items, back-ordered items, and custom orders. Deliveries occur Monday through Friday. Business days do not include holidays. We are not responsible for, and are excused from performing due to events outside of our control, including but not limited to weather-related delays, global crisis, and other unexpected circumstances. eCTURE is NOT responsible for any incurred storage fees or held shipment charges should you choose to delay your shipment. Equally, eCTURE is NOT responsible for any charges due to shipping arrangements made without approval from our shipping department.
